Lord, your Word speaks promises of healing and restoration and I thank you for the miracles you still perform today. Today I claim those promises over my friend. I believe in the healing power of faith and prayer and I ask you to begin your mighty work in the life of my friend. Please reach down and surround my friend with supernatural peace and strength and give her the faith to believe that all things are possible for you. Protect her from Satan's lies and discouragement and let her miraculous healing begin. Amen.

O glorious St. Cajetan, you studied to be a lawyer, but when you felt that the Lord was calling you to his service, you abandoned everything and became a priest. You excelled in virtues, shunning all material rewards for your labor, helping the many unemployed people of your time. You provided loans without interest and you attracted a lot of benefactors who donated to your resources so that you could go on with your activities. Look on us with mercy. We wish to find employment that could help us and our families live with dignity. Listen to our petitions, dear saint; you, who could easily give up the food on your table for the needy, bring our petitions to Jesus (here make your request). Amen.
Dear Saint Joseph, You were yourself once faced with the responsibility of providing the necessities of life for Jesus and Mary. Look down with fatherly compassion upon me in my anxiety over my present inability to support my family. Please help me to find gainful employment very soon, so that this heavy burden of concern will be lifted from my heart and that I am soon able to provide for those whom God has entrusted to my care. Help us to guard against bitterness and discouragement, so that we may emerge from this trial spiritually enriched and with even greater blessings from God. Amen.
ALMIGHTY God and most merciful Rather, the Giver and the Preserver of our lives; to thee be long the issues of life and death; to thee alone can frail and sinful mortals fly for refuge in distress. Thou hast taught us by thy Son, Jesus Christ, that if we ask in true faith we shall receive; that if we seek, we shall find; that if we knock, the gates of thy mercy shall be opened unto us. With humble reverence we bow before thee, beseeching thee graciously to look upon our afflictions ; with pity to behold the sorrows of our hearts; mercifully to for give our sins, and favorably to hear our prayers. Look with thy com passionate favor upon this child visited with sickness. Visit him, O Lord, with thy salvation. His life is in thy hand; may it be precious in thy sight. May his soul be washed and sanctified in the Savior’s blood. Give now unto us who ask; let us who seek, find; open to us who knock, that this child may enjoy thy heavenly benediction, and rest in the arms of that blessed Savior who has said, “ Of such is the kingdom of God.”
And wilt thou behold with compassion the distressing anxiety of the afflicted parents. Relieve them from their fears and apprehensions. Restore, we beseech thee, their beloved child to their arms in health; and may he long live to their comfort and to thy glory, a member of Christ, a child of God, and an inheritor of the kingdom of heaven. Or give them race to submit with patience to thy superior wisdom, sensible that the Lord gave what he taketh away. Prepare them for every event of thy providence. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you. Dear Lord, it is my will to surrender to you everything that I am and everything that I'm striving to be. I open the deepest recesses of my heart and invite Your Holy Spirit to dwell inside of me. I offer you my life, heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. I surrender to you my past, present, and future problems. I ask You to take hold over every aspect of my life. I surrender to You all my hurt, pain, worry, doubt, fear, and anxiety, and I ask You to wash me clean. I release everything into Your compassionate care.
Please speak to me clearly, Lord. Open my ears to hear Your voice. Open my heart to commune with You more deeply. I want to feel Your loving embrace. Open the doors that need to be opened and close the doors that need to be closed. Please set my feet upon the straight and narrow road that leads to everlasting life. Amen.
Jesus, I know that when you walked on the earth, you trod upon hard places, you felt the strain of this world and the pressures of mental torment. So I ask that you would come besides me now, lead me through this time where my mind cannot cope. Help me to find peace and calming inner thoughts. You hold me safe Lord, I trust in you. Amen.
Lord, lift me up for Your blessings today. I pray that you will anoint me with strength and self care today, tomorrow, and always. I pray that You will grace me with patience and wisdom. I pray that You will encourage me throughout the day to take the correct steps to walk proudly, and behave well. I pray all of these things in Your name. Amen.
Merciful Jesus, you are my guide, the joy of my heart, the author of my hope, and the object of my love. I come seeking refreshment and peace. Show me your mercy, relieve my fears and anxieties, and grant me a quiet mind and an expectant heart, that by the assurance of your presence I may learn to abide in you, who is my Lord and my God.
